生ログを見ましたが何も書いていませんでした。
初歩的な質問だと思いますが、ログにはどのように書かれるのでしょうか。
おっしゃられたように、「ファイル所有者の修正」を行い再度Paypalを試しましたが上手くいきませんでした。

に変更してwp-admin/ ディレクトリに置きましたが、Paypalの今すぐ購入を押すと同じエラーが出ました。

.htaccessが出ているので、単純なエラーだと思うのですが調べても分からず四苦八苦しております。
