固定ページ編集画面が真っ白に

お世話になります。
ご教授願います。

wordpress バージョン 3.8.1
Welcart e-Commerce バージョン 1.3.13

固定ページ編集画面が真っ白になり編集が出来なくなります。

Welcartプラグインを停止すると確実に編集は出来る様になりますが
有効にしている時に一度でも真っ白の画面になってしまうとその後何度もトライしても
編集は出来なくなってしまいます。

いつのバージョンからこの様になったか時期は曖昧なのですが
昔のバージョンではこのような事は起こらなかった様に思います。

何かしらの解決策があればご教授願います。

画面が白くなるのはエラーがでているためなので、
FTPからwordpressのファイルwp-config.phpの中のWP_DEBUGをfalseからtrueにし、
どのようなエラーがでているか確認できますか？

「Exec-PHP」というプラグインを利用していませんか？
「Exec-PHP」を停止して、「Welcart」を有効化するとどうなりますか？

Exec-PHPを停止しても状態は一切変わりませんでした。
また１つお伝え漏れがあるのですが、固定ページの編集と言っても
特定の一ページのみしかそのように真っ白にはなりません。

「Exec-PHP」以外にも
「sponsors-slideshow-widget」、「WP TO TOP」というプラグインのNoticeエラーもでているようです。

上記プラグイン以外にも影響しているプラグインがあるかもしれないので、可能であれば一度welcart以外のプラグインを停止してみて、どのプラグインが原因なのか探ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

一度プラグインをひとつづつ外して調査してみます。

先程welcart以外のプラグインを全て停止した場合エラーは改善されませんでしたが
逆にwelcartだけ停止した場合エラーは改善されました。

やはりエラーはウェルカートと何かの兼ね合いの様な気がするのですが、、

テーマも切り替えて動作確認してみて下さい。初期のWelcart Default テーマをに切り替えるとどうなりますでしょうか。
