配送設定の画面が何も表示されない

はじめまして。

現在WordpressにWelcart Shopのプラグインを入れて、基本設定など行っているのですが、
【配送設定】を押すと何も表示されない状態になってしまい、変更することができません。
他のメニューはきちんと表示されています。

環境は以下になります。

WordPress のバージョン：WordPress 3.8.1
Welcart のバージョン：バージョン 1.3.13
ご利用のテーマ：オリジナル
症状を確認したブラウザ：Chrome
サーバー（会社名、サービス名）：SAKURA Internet Inc.
SSLの利用：　なし
WordPress のパーマリンク設定：

こちらの改善方法をご存知の方いらっしゃいませんでしょうか？

こんにちは。

デバッグモードにして、どのようなエラーが出ているかを確認できますか？

wp-config.php　内の　define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);　を
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);　にしてみて下さい。

管理画面で表示されないページにアクセスしたところ
下記のエラーが表示されました。

今回のプラグインの階層ではないのですが
一通り添付させていただきました。
※階層だけダミーにさせていただきました。

この内容で何か解決のヒントがありそうでしょうか？

そのエラーは他のプラグインが出している物です。
一度、他のプラグインをすべて停止して動作確認を行ってみて下さい。

また、システム設定の「国・言語・通貨」のオプションは何か変更されていますでしょうか。

お世話になっております。

システム設定ですが、「国・言語・通貨」はデフォルトのまま「ja 日本　日本」となっております。

またプラグインを止めて見てみたいのですが、かなりの数があるのと、現在すでに稼働してしまっているサイトで、停止するのが大丈夫かなと心配でできていないです。。。。

他に方法はあり得ますでしょうか？

配送設定が表示されないのは、Welcartを導入して最初からですか？
もし運用していて途中からその様になったのでしたら、その辺りにプラグインを追加したなど何か思いつく節がございましたら教えて下さい。

稼働中という事でお急ぎかと思います。どうしても解決できないようでしたら有償となりますが調査をご依頼されてはいかがでしょうか。

そうですね。有償での調査も必要かもしれないですね。。。
クライアントとも話をしてどう進めるか検討してみます！！
